Deryni's Daughter

Late September 904

Lord Rannulf has been murdered and Imre, king of Gwynedd, has invoked the law of Festil. Fifty peasants from the village of Caerrorie have been taken hostage for the death of Rannulf. Two hostages will be hung each day until the true murders come forth. the villagers are stunned.
The king has sent men to discover the identity of the murderer as well the Earl of Culdi, Camber MacRorie. Nothing can be found. This story is the quest of one Deryni woman to find the murderer. Her journey will take her to new places, she will encounter new magic, she will locate the people responsible for the death of Lord Rannulf.
